All possible care and attention is give to the animals ,but it is clearly understood that they are all accepted at the owners risk and upon the terms and conditions of this form.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. I warrant “THE ANIMAL”is in fit and sound condition and has been currently immunized against distemper, Hepatitis, parvo, kennel cough / Feline enteritis and respiratory diseases. I give full authority to Coltrandi Pet Specialists to call in a veterinarian at my expense in the event of illness or injury,should they deem it necessary.
2.Minimum boarding charges is from day of entry till and including day of departure,rates are charged per calendar day.
3. A booking fee of $100.00 for reservations of services as set by coltrandi is payable for each pet and refund of this fee is only available if notice of cancellation is at least 30 days prior to the reserved date, All school holiday and training bookings are non refundable ,an administration fee of 50%will be deducted from the deposit if any refund is made. This decision is made by coltrandi, in the case of early departure Over school holidays or dog training services full charges of the dates booked will be charged with no refunds.
4. In the event of arrears and after 14 days of collection date Coltrandi has the right to remove the animal or animals from Coltrandi premises and shall not release me from liability for any unpaid fees or charges due.after giving credit for the proceeds.
5. Should the pet require veterinary attention at the absolute discretion of Coltrandi whilst in the care of Coltrandi, every effort will be made to contact the owner prior to seeking veterinary advice,however , even if contact is unable to be made the owner will be liable for all vet expenses incurred by their pet.The owner also agrees to pay all costs /charges for services, any requested special services and any unforeseen veterinary cost incurred by the pet during the time the pet has been in the care of Coltrandi.
6. The owner of the pet/pets agrees to be solely responsible any and all behavior of their pet whilst at Coltrandi 694 Grassdale rd Gumdale and indemnifies Coltrandi against any claim for loss or damages made by any person as a result of the actions or behavior of their pet.
7. So far as this business is able then this business,its employees or agents will under no circumstances be responsible for injury, death, loss or damage to any pet whilst in the facility.
8. Coltrandi bears no responsibility for any collars, leads, containers, or other articles left with the kennel.
9. We have high success with all behavioral problems but due to the unpredictability of nature of animals we cannot guarantee to erase behavioral problems all together. It is necessary to attend your follow up classes and follow the instruction of your instructor as per this contract. However our guarantee is a life time of group training to help manage the problem. If you wish to view your pets training this can be done for free during there stay ,once the pet has departed and reestablished with there owner demonstrations will accrue a fee as handlers are paid per session as so are subcontractors.
10. Coltrandi recommends all pets to be tick treated all though the facility is regularly sprayed for such pests they can be carried in by other pets. I the pet owner agrees not to hold coltrandi responsible for any such mishaps , treatment can be administered on the day of arrival at owners request by coltrandi.
11. I/we agree not to slander or defame Coltrandi,verbally or by social media,and instead work through one on one personal mediation or by governed body’s.If there is a dispute.
I have read and understood this agreement and I’m entitled to a copy now or whenever requested. I AGREE BY PAYING A BOOKING FEE DEPOSIT OR SIGNING THIS CONTRACT I AGREE WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ABOVE CONTRACT.
BY MAKING A RESERVATION FOR MY PET / PETS FOR BOARDING OR TRAINING WITH COLTRANDI, BY PHONE, EMAIL, OR IN PERSON I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
